1.1 The customer has the right to cancel the order within 24 hours of its confirmation. After this time, the order is considered active and cannot be canceled. In the event of cancellation after this period, the site reserves the right to take all necessary actions.
1.2 The supplier has the right to cancel the supply order sent to them from the site within 24 hours of receiving the order. After this period, the order is considered confirmed. In the event of failure to supply a confirmed order, the site reserves the right to take all necessary actions.
2.1 The customer has the right to request a replacement for any product within 24 hours of placing the order.
2.2 The customer has the right to request a product replacement if it does not match the required specifications.
2.3 The product must be in its original condition and unused when requesting a replacement.
2.4 The supplier does not have the right to replace any product with another unless the site is notified and approval is obtained from the site and the customer. In case of non-approval, the supplier will bear all shipping and delivery expenses for the product if it does not match the attached order.
3.1 The customer has the right to request a product return only in the following cases: Receiving an incorrect product or one that does not match the required specifications; the presence of a manufacturing defect in the product.
3.2 The due amount will be refunded via the same payment method used at purchase (unless otherwise agreed upon).
3.3 Return requests are reviewed by the administration within 24 hours, along with an attached picture of the product.
4.1 In the event any product is damaged by the site's delivery representative, the customer has the right to receive a replacement product after notifying customer service and sending a picture of the damaged product.
4.2 In the event the product is damaged by the customer, customer service must be contacted, and a picture of the product sent. The administration will be consulted to take the appropriate action.
5.1 Some products may not be eligible for cancellation, replacement, or return, such as meats, frozen goods, products requested and made specifically for the customer, and certain special products.
5.2 The application management has the right to amend or update these policies after notifying both customers and suppliers of the amendment.
